To Barbara, Love VampFanGirl

There are some people in life that you're forced to deal with.

You know these people. They can be your family or they can be the more awful ones known as work colleagues. Yikes!

But then there are the people that make you think: What the hell did I do right to deserve this person? While unfortunately you don't encounter these people very often in your lifetime, when you do, you'd be foolish not to hold onto them with every fiber of your being.

For me, Barbara is one of these people. And it's not just because she spent hours on end creating this beautiful blog design when she could have been doing more important things, it's the fact that she's amazingly selfless and genuinely kind. She's someone that I find myself going to more and more often to rant about my troubles, inquire about advice, and to just blab about...whatever.

And she's probably really embarrassed right now. lol!

I could have just posted "Barbara Rocks!", which is exactly what I told her on the phone, but I realized that that just didn't convey my emotions. Nothing really does. I'm really horrible about posting about my own thoughts. Writing about others is soooooo much easier. ;)

But anyway, Barbara, I hope you know that you're stuck with me because I intend to have you as my friend for a very, very long time. Three thousand miles be damned!!!!
